Great company. Straightforward, professional, no surprises. No hard selling, no pressure. Shows up when they say they will. Professional, courteous staff and technicians. Update May 2025: Hired them for a major install of two Mitsubishi heat pumps. This was a major deal for us to switch from traditional furnace/AC to modern, efficient, earth-friendly heat pumps. Rachel was an excellent support answering all my questions along the way. She came to our home multiple times to make sure we had the info we needed, and always answered questions with clear, understandable language. We looked at two other companies and found the bid from Comfort Solutions was both the most comprehensive and most competitively priced. Thanks to their Diamond status with Mitsubishi, we now enjoy 12 years parts and labor guarantee/warranty. The install day was great - Patrick, Dave, and Jeremy were friendly, detail-oriented, and efficient. They completed the entire install in one very long day, and always had a good attitude throughout. We love our new systems. Our first electric bill was always significantly lower than the same month last year. We’ve had Miguel do our twice-yearly service calls for a while, and he’s great. Friendly, punctual, clear with next steps. Just tops all around! Glad to work with such a great company!

July 2024 Comfort Solutions continues to impress. From our first experience with them in 2013 to today, they continue to offer outstanding, personable, and reliable service. We recently needed to replace a 19-year-old heat pump in our attic. They came quickly to evaluate the situation, determined we needed to replace the unit, and replaced it within a day. Paul and Wade arrived at 9 a.m. and were finished by 3 p.m. They were tidy and efficient and got us back up and running with ease. I have never had a bad experience from emergencies, maintenance, scheduling to on-site work. Great company, great people!

Comfort Solutions delivers timely service Jul 8, 2024

My 18-year-old heat pump failed Friday night and my wife and I were suffering in a house that quickly reached 89 degrees inside in spite of our attempts to cool with box fans. I called Comfort Solutions right away Monday morning and they sent a salesman on Tuesday. I selected a new Rheem heat pump and requested installation as soon as possible. Comfort Solutions was able to deliver and install the new heat pump the next day! The new unit appears to be working perfectly and my house is back to a comfortable temperature. Many thanks to Amber, who expedited the installation, and to Greg and Jeremy, the installers, for doing a professional job!
