Here is my final review of Comfort Solutions. We originally had Michael come out a few days ago after a leak started from our AC’s condensate tray. He did a thorough inspection and cleared out our line! The leak stopped that day, and the service was less than $200. It was great! Then the line started leaking again. We called again and found the person who took our call was frustrating to deal with. She tried to tell me it was our air filter, and I had to interrupt her to ask if they could send someone out to look at it. She said she would put in a request, but she couldn’t give me a time estimate, and she told me the tech would definitely call, and he didn’t. But Chris did come and was patient enough to wait while we returned home, he figured out the issue went further than just our unit, and he was able to resolve it same day, and make recommendations for our whole building. And there was no charge for them to come back out.
