Another great experience with Comfort Solutions. One of our heating systems randomly stopped working, and they were able to come out next day and find the issue and fix quickly. They explained the issue, which was nothing they could have prevented, and the house is warm again. We are members, and with the discount the cost seemed fair.

Comfort Solutions was able to come out the same day I requested service. My heat was out, and after being told I needed a new motor ($1600) from another company, I wanted to get a second opinion. Comfort Solutions replaced a different piece for $250, and it’s working great now! Very happy with the service, and the technician was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them for my HVAC needs going forward.

I wish there were more stars so I could rate them higher. I’ve had Comfort Solutions maintenance plan for several years, and they have always been helpful, timely, and great to deal with. Their customer care is unmatched. This past week I experienced a situation where my heat unit failed, and it was time to invest in something new. Comfort Solutions didn’t disappoint and came to my rescue quickly. Everyone was great to work with, and they made me feel like a priority during a busy season. Their advisor, Rachel, helped me choose the right system and made sure I understood all my options. The true stars of the show were Jeremy and Greg. These two guys worked tirelessly and exceeded my expectations in getting my system installed timely and making sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat. While I hope you don’t find yourself in a situation where the weather is cold, forecasted to get colder and your heat is out, if you do, I recommend you call Comfort Solutions. Ask if you can get on Greg and Jeremy’s schedule and be prepared to be wowed!

After calling the big name company that rhymes with "Foolpay" (which is what you'd be if you listen to them), I called these guys for a second opinion. Foolpay said that my inducer motor was blown and I needed a new furnace. Why would I need a new furnace to replace a $150 part? I called Comfort Solutions Heating and Air. They sent out Alex S., who immediately diagnosed the problem—a clogged exhaust pipe. He didn't have the tools handy, and since we're about to have a freeze tonight, I went ahead and fixed it myself. Pretty simple fix saved me thousands of dollars. Honesty and transparency mean a lot to me. I'll certainly be using Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling, LLC for any maintenance, repair, or installation job in the future.

We have been using their services for over five years now, and we have had flawless service every time. Yesterday was no exception. Within two hours after my call to their office, their repairman arrived, readily diagnosed and repaired the problem, at a very reasonable and accurately estimated price. I had a leak coming from the HVAC drain. Two technicians from different companies came but couldn’t find the source. Technician Alex from Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling came out, took the time to listen to our concerns and found the source of the leak in no time. The cost was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend Comfort Solutions. Update: Technician Alex came out on 12/6/23 to replace a gas valve on my furnace. The cost was reasonable. Alex provided us with prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend.

Michael Justice was our technician at Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling. He is charismatic, professional, friendly, and a very knowledgeable technician. Michael did not mind answering questions and explained everything he did to our unit in great detail, which absolutely put our minds at ease. Because it is cold, he made immediate arrangements to have our unit serviced to prevent further inconvenience to my family. Michael felt like family in our home instead of an employee of Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling. This company and the 3 employees I have had social interactions with are all top-notch people who have unmatched customer service skills that made my family feel our not having heat in the middle of winter was also an issue for all of them. I cannot say enough positive things about the company's extraordinary customer service skills of its employees from Michael Justice, our 2nd technician, Megan (who helped me laugh at this instead of crying), and Dave, who was our first technician that made me call this company back for a completely different situation.
