Mike Justice: Best HVAC Technician
I will say upfront that my review will highlight Mike Justice, the best HVAC technician I have ever met. We moved into our new 4-level townhome 5 years ago. Comfort Air Solutions (CAS) installed the HVAC, which consists of 2 outside heat pumps with 2 air handlers. Each floor has its own thermostat which controls dampers and supply ducts from the 2 air handlers. The system has performed exceptionally well and we have annually used CAS to do HVAC inspection and maintenance. The technicians they have sent each year have always been excellent, but the technician they sent this year was the best of all and I will name-request him in the future. Mike Justice was knowledgeable, organized, patient, thorough, clean, and respectful of our home, and very personable and easy to deal with. I am a retired licensed mechanical engineer and designed and worked on HVAC systems in my career, but did not reveal my background to Mike until after his work was done. Since the units are over 5 years old now, and their operation and control systems are a bit complex, I asked Mike many technical questions as to the operation and maintenance of the various components. He kept his cool and took his time to answer very patiently and thoroughly every question that I asked. He was willing to spend all the time it took to ensure that I understood the system. Mike exhibited all the qualities of the best of the best employees that I used to hire. If I were still in the HVAC business, I would love to have Mike on my staff, and if he were already a part of my team, I would do whatever it takes to retain him. Thank you, Comfort Air Solutions for sending such highly skilled and customer-focused technicians as Mike Justice!
