Our sales tech Rachael was friendly and thorough. She caught issues other companies we had estimates from totally missed and was attentive and informative. She was also totally honest, and when we thought we were very attached to a higher-end, more expensive system, told us transparently that our home really didn’t need it and that it wouldn’t end up working efficiently with our vent placement. There was a minor issue after the installation that was impossible to confirm was directly caused by the install, but they came out and repaired it anyway—no questions asked. Their price was comparable to a lot of other single-speed systems for a multi-speed, and the financing offered had the best rates and timelines. Really pleased with my experience.

It's not expected to be pleasant when your HVAC goes down and you begin the process of finding an installer, but in this case, it was pleasant. I asked for bids from four companies and within an hour, I received a proposal from Comfort Solutions that provided me four options with comprehensive detail on each. At the same time, their agent, Rachel called me to handle questions. When I told her my computer was down, she said, "I can be at your house in 15 minutes and we can use my iPad, if you'd like." She came over and was so informative, I couldn't believe it. My brother is a retired HVAC person, but he lives in Detroit. He looked at the proposals and was greatly impressed with the detail and price (and the financing). He strongly urged me to go with Comfort without further ado. Rachel and I scheduled the installation for the day after and that's when part two of this positive journey began. Right on time, the installers Jeremy and Greg showed up. They couldn't have been more pleasant, more courteous, more efficient. Further, I expected them to take 8 hours to install and they were done in 4. The condenser, the air handler, the heat pump, everything was in place and working perfectly by the time lunchtime! Needless to say, I can't recommend Comfort Solutions highly enough. My thanks to Rachel, Jeremy and Greg and the entire Comfort Solutions team. Great job!

Comfort Cooling installed my HVAC last year and there was an accident (accidents happen). My home was affected. But I always judge a vendor on how they respond when things don't go as planned, and they stood behind us every inch of the way until the problem was resolved. They were absolutely amazing. Patrick is a real asset to their company. I trust them now so much because of the way they responded that I have selected them for annual service and tune-up. Mike usually performs the service and he is also exceptional—relaying exactly what he's doing and in a professional and courteous manner. 100% recommend them. Such an honest and earnest company.
