Although she's a sales rep for Comfort Solutions now, she has a storied background as a technician for several trade industries, and that know-how shows. She effortlessly came up with a comprehensive solution for our unique needs (our HVAC was a bit of a mess...). I also worked with Patrick, one of the managers, to resolve some extenuating circumstances, and he made every effort to make sure I was taken care of.
